Podcast Episode 2 - The Great Episode In The Sky

Ladies and gentleman, we give you: The Undercover Songs Podcast, Episode 2!

This show was a real adventure to produce. We wanted to release it on thursday but time was extremely short this week and I ended up finishing it during my flights to Paris and back to Lisbon today, just in time to post it as I got back home...

Anyway, as usual, tell us how you like it, either in the comments or by email to feedback@undercoversongs.com.

The contents of the show are:

00:00 - Intro by Nuno
00:38 - Wise Crack vs Duran Duran - Come Undone (Intro by Nuno)
05:24 - The Lucksmiths vs The Smiths - There Is A Light That Never Goes Out (Intro by Nuno)
10:12 - Fan testimony by Fred (the computer)
10:28 - Frente! vs New Order - Bizarre Love Triangle (Intro by Fred)
13:51 - David Byrne vs Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) (Intro by Fred)

You can download the show here or listen to it directly with the flash player below.

If you really like this podcast and want to receive it automatically in your podcatcher you can subscribe to it using the big orange button on the right.

We are really trying to post the episodes on thursdays (and Fred is starting to hate me for it...) ;-) so we hope to have a new one for you next week.

Enjoy the show!

Your show is fantastic, keep up the good work I especially liked the cover of the Smashing Pumpkins song by Frank Bennett last week.
I didn't know many podcasts before this one, but you guys have really turned me on to this stuff. The only other podcast I frequent currently is http://www.mainepublicradio.org/radio/ondemand/humble.html
which is mostly old jazz spun with some old time yankee humor.
I'm glad you guys get this all done on macs too, a little variety might save the internet.

Hi mark, I'm really glad you like the show and that it helped to get you turned on to podcasting. There are a lot of nice shows out there, take your time trying some of them out, it'll definitely be worth it!

And yes, everything we do is on a Mac platform and we don't even have any special kind of hardware.

I will do a post on the way we do things on this show shortly.
